Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 156 lb - I am going to start off the weight loss challenge with my goals. I am currently at 210,my starting weight is 210 , my goal weight for this week will be between 209 and 205.My strategies for this week is to cut my portion size in half and exercise at the gym.Good Luck to all the other weight loss challengers. FOR ALL THE OTHER WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGERS:Please post a message just like this telling you starting, current, and goal weights.Also tell what you strategies are going to be for the week,and then post a few supportive words for the rest of the weight loss challengers.
