Ht. 5'11", Start: 235 lb, Today: 235 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Hey guys, so i dont know what to do anymore. basically my body sucks! im a size 14, i want to be a size 8! ive tried everything, i run 2 miles a day, and lift weight 3-4 times a week. I wish everything could fall into place. I feel like im eating the wrong kinds of foods. I mean its heathly food ii only eat about 1500 cal. a day but does anyone know a good diet plan or a good site that puts a diet plan together for you for free?
