Message Replying To From Cat, Age 15 Ht. 5'4", Start: 156 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hey, I've been victim of the Freshman 15. I'm gonna try to lose some of the weight this summer. I've always struggled with my weight. I know I'm not immensely overweight, but I want to be more healthy. Ok, here's how I've done so far. Breakfast: HUGE glass of water and a bowl of special K with fresh strawberries. Lunch: Diet Iced tea(no calorie), a small hotdog, 1/2 cup light macaroni salad,(noodles and veggies) 1/4 cup baked beans, 1/4 cup cottage cheese. Snack: sugar free klondike bar. Lunch really wasn't as much as it looks like a swear, it was all small portions. Exercise: ran for 20 minutes (no stopping). Not too bad? |
