Ht. 5'4", Start: 174 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 105 lb - I need good,succesful tips to lose weight properly. I have physical education class and it has been helping me learn how to do certain exercise steps. If you can please answer these questions: How much should i eat a day?? How much exercise should be done for starters??? ANY GREAT TIPS... PLEASE TELL ME THEM!!
