Message Replying To From Motivated, Age 18 Ht. 5'6", Start: 215 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hello everyone- i would love to be one of those people who could go out running for exercise. unfortunately- i've never been one who can do that. i've been trying to build up by walking then jogging spurts on the bike path when no one's around(i get embarrassed when i "jog" because i feel like i' get out of breath quickly, go slow, and my breasts bounce a lo because they're DDD. so- any tips to improve my breathing/stamina while jogging? |
