Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 22 Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 117 lb - So I'm down another Pound! I feel like I'm finally making progress but I'm going to up my workouts to 6 days a week and eat at least two salads a day with just veggies in them. I am guessing that I will be where I want to be in a year to a year and a half. As long as I can keep it off for the long run I'm willing to take it slow. So how are you all doing? What works best for you guys? |
