Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ugh! yesterday i went to washington d.c. for a feild trip and i ate horribly there...and i binged to cuz i havnt eating for like 1/2 a day and was walking around alot! so i had frozzen yogurt, a subway footlong, pudding, a granola bar, a large iced mocha, pepsi, an apple, some fries, chips, and some chicken teriyaki and fried rice! wow im a pig!-and that was lunch! we all went to dinner at like 9:30 at night to wendys and i had chili and a salad but i added lots of dresing to it and then fell asleep(we were on a bus for 5 1/2 hours and almost everyone fell asleep) and i woke up really starved today and already ate over 3000 calories!!!! i hate my binging!!!
