Ht. 5'7", Start: 260 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Hey I wanted to know if it is really important to count calories? some places say you have to count to lose weight, and others say its no big deal. Also if i'm suppost to then how do i know what certin food's, like vegtables that arent labeled, how may calories it has.
