If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Claire, Age 19 Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I'M NOT LOSING A SINGLE POUND! no wait, I actually GAINED one. What is going on here? am I doing something wrong? because I feel like I'm doing things right. Just ONE slip up couldn't have triggered that pound gain. I'm going to check again today and I'm scared :'( what if I gained another? it used to be so easier in the beginning...the weight was just melting off and now it's like waiting for the damn grass to grow! I needed to vent or I feel like my head is going to explodee. You may disregard this whiny post but I'm just angry with everything right now. How long till I lose atleast 5 lbs? ! should I be working out even more? because clearly what I'm doing is not working here. Also...I ahve a question-- morning workouts..do you workout before breakfast or after? I hope you all are doing amazingly awesome because my luck really sucks right now! :'( |
