Ht. 5'0", Start: 150 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 115 lb - okay well i guess ill start off with saying that i've been up and down the scale since i was 13.i lost 10 pds last yr,and i stopped and now,im trying to get back on track.well,i've been walking 2 miles everyday on the treadmill,but i cant stop eating junk food.and it's totally killing me.if anybody had tips or if u just wanna talk,post back and ill give you my email adress.or just post back and leave tips.ALL will be appreciated. thanks.
