Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hello cool people. Where is everyone these days? this board has been screaming 'dead!" for the past week, anyway...I finally got a schedule up for myself! well I didn't write it anywhere but its in my head. This is what it is-- Every morning I do 2 miles on the treadmill (walk/jog/speed walk) uphill incline and sometimes just steady straight on. After those miles I do 50 crunches, 20 pushups and just some stretching yoga stuff. When there's time after that I dance for like 30 mins (sometimes more). Then during the evening time like...6 pm I do another 2 miles and after that do some dancing again and crunches and stuff. So that's 4 miles everyday plus dancing and those in between crunches, pushups and stuff. My eating goes something like---cereal in the morning---3 hours later lunch---3 hours later another light snack (like a nutrigrain bar or something)--- 3 hours later something small again and so on and so forth, no eating 3 hours before going to bed. Please respond and tell me how you think my new and improved plan is...so far, I've lost nothing but I've only been doing this for 2 days! so I expect that. Wish me luck please and I hope you all are doing supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!
