Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I feel I did well today...minus the coffee. For breakfast I had a bowl of honey bunches of oats. Lunch was 3/4 can of tomato soup mixed with water. Dinner was 60 cals of cottage cheese and six sushi pieces (195 cals according to the box it was 390 for the whole 12 pieces) Then came coffee disaster. 350 cals worth of nonfat white mocha no whipped cream. So I had a little under 1500 cals. I'm trying this new thing where I replace one meal with chicken broth or very low cal soup and stick to my three a day. I'd ideally like to eat 1200 cals a day because that will be a nice deficit. I worked out rowing for an hour and should hopefully see results. I'm hungry now. I usually lose on 2000 a day so hopefully I see better results by eating way less. Hurrah.
