Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys. Today wasn't as good as yesterday becuase I had lots of stuff to do and didn't get to exercise, but my eating wasn't too bad...sort of. Though it wasn't great. =/ Breakfast: 1 low-fat/whole-grain 100 calorie banana nut muffin (what a mouthful, lol--get it?), 1 cup skim milk. Lunch: 1 cup pasta with marinara sauce and 4 small meatballs, water. Snack: mini bottle of Coke Zero. Dinner: baked chicken, 1 cup macaroni salad w/o mayo (kinda bad I know), cucumbers, sugar-free lemonade. Dessert: Jello with Cool Whip Free. Nutritionally I know it sucked but calorie-wise I don't think it was too awful. Still, I'll do better tom and I will def. go on my bike. In other news, I'm volunteering at a summer camp in July and today I went to my instructor orientation from 2-4 and jewelry class from 6:15-8:30 so I had no time to work out but the orientation was a one-shot deal so whatever. Hope you guys are doing well, and I'm going to work extra hard because I want to look good for the cute guys who work there. ;) Jk.
