I've still gained more weight (8lbs) and I think I know why: my bf is tempting me to eat more than I should. I enjoy that sometimes, but i also know that it's not good for me. What can I do? I've tried to talk with hiim about that. he says it isn't like that. but somehow i feel that it's like that. or how would you think about ordering pizza late in the evening and going to fast food restaurants every second day? what can i do - should i finally leave him? |
