Message Replying To From Ashley, Age 17 Ht. 5'7", Start: 275 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Okay so today i'm kind of aggravated because i think i'm getting bored with my routine i walk and bicycle for about five days a week and i lift weights for three days. I've lost about 27 pounds so far but i'm really lost now and i don't know where to go from here... can someone please make any suggestions or anything |
