Message Replying To From Sammi, Age 16 Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys, I haven't posted about myself in a while, i've just been answering other peoples' posts. So for the past couple of weeks i've only been going to the gym max 3 days a week instead of my usual 5-6 days a week and I haven't been watching what I eat really since i've had to go to 49584358 graduation parties, and I actually lost a pound. I don't know how it happened, but I know it's not gonna last so I decided to restart my routine today. I had: a nonfat organic greek yogurt=140 cals south beach whole grain wrap=110 cals 4 slices of turkey=88 cals 2 slices american cheese=200 cals 2 pieces of pizza(eek, i know)= 500 cals a serving of cool ranch doritos= 200 cals a serving of miracle whip for my wrap=50 cals total cals=1288, not that bad at all since my trainer said i could go up to 1500 on the days that I DON'T work out and 1800 on the days that I do. For my excercise routine, Mondays I take an hour long spin class which is my cardio, I love it it's so much fun and i'm like, drenched in sweat by the end of it! I almost forget i'm working out it's so fun. Tuesdays I do the treadmill, 30 minutes at 3.1 mph at an incline of 12.5 and then I jog for 5 minutes walk for 5 minutes and jog another 5 minutes and that's 45 minutes of cardio. For Wednesdays and Saturdays I do the same thing: Spin class for an hour and then I work with my trainer for an hour doing strength and weights and stuff. Thursdays and Sundays I do Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred workout DVD, I LOVE IT, ITS SO AWESOME AND EVERYONE SHOULD GO OUT AND BUY IT!! Fridays I give myself the day off. |
