Ht. 5'7", Start: 178 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hi, i'm shannon :) i'm new here. i joined because for the past year i have been in denial of how big i have gotten. two years ago i was 128lbs and then i just started eating horribly and gaining weight like crazy. yesterday i went to the doctor and i weighed in at 178lbs! im so sick of being big so i'm going to try to get back to my size two years ago. i have to eat every few hours or i get really dizzy and sick so this is my meal plan: 9:00 Special k 3/4 cup with 2% milk (200 calories)..CHECK 11:00 Banana (100 calories)...CHECK 3:00 Salad (lettuce, cucumber, grape tomato, carrots (100 calories) OR Two cups of fruit salad (150 calories) 5:00 Plum (30 calories) 7:00 Lean meat, one peice and two cups of veggies (Meat 160 calories, Brocoli 30 calories, 25 calories = 205 calories) My doctor said that my meal plan is fine. Im also going to walk or run everyday and swim. Good luck to all of you!
