If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Pam, Age 16 Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I have a broken foot, so I can't exercise.. I feel like crap. I really want to tone up my theighs and lose the belly bulge...well some of it at least..before I leave for the beach which is 2 weeks away. Any tips? |
