Ht. 5'5", Start: 168 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey, I'm some-what new here. I haven't posted anything, but I have been reading some of your posts every now and then. Anywho, I messed up my back yesterday and I'm not really sure how. It hurts to move so all I can really do is lay down. I'm not sure whether I should suck it up and continue my exercises or slow down till my back feels better... or... ? I'm really not sure. So any suggestions, tips, or exercise ideas would be great... Have a good week everyone. :)
