If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From N, Age 19 Ht. 5'5", Start: 168 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey, I'm some-what new here. I haven't posted anything, but I have been reading some of your posts every now and then. Anywho, I messed up my back yesterday and I'm not really sure how. It hurts to move so all I can really do is lay down. I'm not sure whether I should suck it up and continue my exercises or slow down till my back feels better... or... ? I'm really not sure. So any suggestions, tips, or exercise ideas would be great... Have a good week everyone. :) |
