Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hello everyone! I was away for the weekend, so my diet was very...interesting. Well, Saturday I went to a birthday sleepover, so I'm not even going to expose how bad that was. :) Well, actually I don't think I did too bad, and I did do 40 laps on my bike to try to work some of it out. I was actually quite happy with yesterday, but I ate out for lunch, so it wasn't the healthiest. Here it is: Breakfast: frozen pre-portioned breakfast scramble (egg, peppers, potatoes, cheese, and a touch of sausage--but it was mostly egg), one mini whole wheat bagel with margarine, 6 oz. glass of 100% mango juice. Snack: 1 TINY sliver of leftover birthday cake. Lunch: grilled chicken and veggie quesadilla with a little salsa and sour cream and a few spoonfuls of rice, side salad with honey mustard dressing (I didn't use a lot and it tasted like straight mustard diluted with a little water/oil, so I hope it didn't add too many cals), Diet Coke. Snack: a few baked tortilla chips. Dinner: 1 slice homemade eggplant parm (low fat) the size of a deck of cards, cucumbers, sugar-free iced tea. I drank a lot of water to keep hydrated and I was able to go for a 20 min spin on my bike. So...did I completely blow my weekend?
