Ht. 6'0", Start: 245 lb, Today: 243 lb, Goal: 190 lb - soooo yesterday i had for lunch a salad, on the salad i had 1/2 a cucumber, 4oz of chicken and a little bit of ranch dressing, about 2 hours later i had a green pepper with salt and pepper...the only bad thing is later i had a piece of chocolate cake because it looked so yummy :*( for dinner i had a piece of backed fish and then abut 3 hours later i had another green pepper with salt and pepper...the amazing thing is i wasnt hungry at all!!! howw do you think i did oh and i was on the eliptiglide for 3 miles :)
