Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 23 Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey everyone... I have not posted on here in a little bit. I have lost 15.8lbs so far! My actual weight is 204.2... can't add the .2 on here. How have you guys been doing? I joined WW and I have been on this diet for almost 2 months. Remember slow and steady wins the race. Healthy weight loss is .5 to 2lbs a week. You sometimes lose more... depending on how fast your body wants to lose. Remember time is going to go by no matter what so what not make yourself a healthier happier you!! You can do it! |
