Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Sierra, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 143 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I really appreciate everyone's help on here. I just wanna say that. Now i just want to vent. At the beginning of summer i made almost a vow to lose thirty pounds. So far...I'm not so successful. I've lost a few pounds, but I'm not gonna lose enough by the time school starts. This depresses me. Today I've boosted my self esteem though. Everytime I'm about to eat something really bad and fatening, I take just a few minutes to think about how this could ruin everything. It's beginning to work. Can anyone please tell me ANYTHING that helps severely in loosing weight. Not dieting, loosing weight. |
