Ht. 6'0", Start: 245 lb, Today: 237 lb, Goal: 190 lb - okay so today i had a big glass of cold water for breakfast, i really cant eat alot for breakfast or i get sick, but i had a few pieces of cantilope which i love!!! for lunch i had a grilled chesse on low cal bread and a salad with ranch dressing. Im aboout to go work out by that i mean lift weights and eliptical and i think im going to run latertonight to. good luck everyone!! anyknew suggestions please add them :]
