Ht. 5'6", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 285 lb - So tomorrow is weigh-in day. Im planning on weighing in every other day, jst to think of wut i do need to work on. But today i had 2 waffles for breakfast. Wheat waffles with sugar free syrup. Yeah i kno, still unhealthy but a lil better. For lunch i had 2 slices of pizza, along with half a can of pineapple. MMMMMMMM. Dinner i had chili dogs, with no bread, and cut the hot-dag in half to make two. So kinda tricking my body, to think that i hate two hot-dogs when i only ate one. Now tomorrow my mom is off, and she was like, im taking you n ur sisters to lunch. That will be hard, for it will be the first time, since i started this diet that i will be going out to eat.(on other post,we ended up eating at home) But, im gunna do the tip, where you just put a portion of it away in a box. AND TAKE IT HOME. So im gunna ask if i cn have a box, right when my food comes out. But yeah i also walked the neighborhood, jumproped for ten minutes, and did some sit ups and push ups to get the exercise in. If u have anymore tips, plz let me kno...and wish me LUCK
