Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 150 lb - God ive not posted here for what feels like ages. I have mixed emotions over how ive been doing in my attempts to lose weight this summer. Since June i have only lost 4lbs. I know that 4lbs is better than nothing and great when you consider that most summers ive tried to lose weight and actually gained BUT i know i could have lost a lot more. The thing is that i keep binging. I keep gaining a few lbs from weekend binges taking me to about 160 and then i spend the next week dieting so i get back to 157 by the next weekend but it keeps going on like that. In the couple weeks i have gained and lost the same 3lbs numerous times. The only reason i binge is because it is the only time i eat unhealthy foods, i cant seem to eat anything i dont consider as 'healthy' otherwise even if its in my calorie count for the day. Now i only have 3 weeks left before school starts again and im determined to lose the last 7lbs by then. I dont know what ill do when i get to that weight though because ill still need to eat healthy as im scared of high cal/fat foods but ill probs just keep losing weight, mind you i could still afford to lose a few more!
