Ht. 5'11", Start: 235 lb, Today: 235 lb, Goal: 180 lb - sooo today i had a green peper for breakfast, grilled cheese on low cal bread (total-100 cals) and a lil bit of water melon... late im running 2 miles, and then doing some sprints...i dont know why the weights not comming off im been doing so good excerzing everyday yes EVERYDAY! tiring i kno, and eating about 1200 cals or less a day why isnt anything working!!!
