Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ok so i weighed myself and i lost 3 pounds which means im down 8 pounds this summer not were i wanted to be but i'm happy school starts on august 18th for me i want to lose 5 more pounds in the next 19 days is that an ok goal this is what i'v eaten today Breakfast:oatmeal, 10 frozen grapes and milk Lunch:turkey burger no bread,slice of cheese,1 cup broccoli and milk Dinner:fish,1/2 pineapple, salad and milk do you all think i can lose 5 pounds by the 18th going this?
