Ht. 6'0", Start: 245 lb, Today: 233 lb, Goal: 190 lb - yeah! i lost 8 pounds this week! i leave for school in a week i have been eating 4 small meals a day, mostly chicken salads, for lunch and dinner, a cucumber for another and a greenpeper for another. i have been running 2 times a week andd lifting 3! i feel great!! i also jump rope on the days i lift...im not even hungry! everyone keep up the good work!
