Ht. 5'3", Start: 132 lb, Today: 132 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hi everyone im quite a chubby boy and kinda gets teased a lot in school because i am fat so i run but my exercise plan is inconsistent so i just do it once in like 2 weeks because i dont feel like doing it.i force my self to get out of bed 1 morning and research on all this information about weight loss and somehow i got an amazing exercise plan and i did it but the next day i didn't feel like doing exercise and i dread cardio.is there anything that will motivate me to exercise because im having a hard time here and i pretty much need most of ur help to help me lose 17pounds...Please reply because it makes urself feel good to help other people
