Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 128 lb - I've been wanting to lose weight since forever, and now I'm trying to do it right. I think I did well in physical activity today, due to the fact that I biked 11 miles. In order to achieve my goals I want to drink 8 or more glasses of water per day and cut out carbonated beverages. I also want to watch my portion sizes. Does anyone who has tried and tried to lose weight before but is finally doing it have any tips for sticking with it?
