Ht. 5'7", Start: 188 lb, Today: 186 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I was just wondering if there is such thing as exercises to tone up hips? I figure is hourglass, which I like, but there's so much flab on my hips I want to tone them up a little. Thanks! xx
