Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi peeps. Well tomorrow is my weigh-in so I hope I didn't gain anything. If I gained back the pound I lost I think I'm going to throw my scale out the window. LOL. :) Anyway, I've been eating cereal for breakfast lately and and I find that I actually like it. I never used to before, so I think I'm making progress with my eating in general. As for exercise...not so much. I like to walk but I haven't been able to add in formal exercise. I think I'll start wit dancing for fifteen minutes straight. Can anyone recommend a playlist or a few energetic songs?
