Message Replying To From Kim, Age 17 Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 145 lb - For breakfast I had a special K bar and for lunch I had a lean cusine sweet and sour chicken. Ive done some running here and there. Im going to try to do more later tonight. Other then crunches anyone know good exercises to flatten your stomach? |
