~REPLY WRITING AREA~ |
Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Jess (to britt , 14), Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Start: 166 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 115 lb - sorry, the reply wouldn't work. To your boy problem: Everybody has that *special* person they think about, whether your a boy or a girl, and you want to impress them. *This is comming from a 99.9% tomboy and .1% wannabe (sad, but true) *Almost* all my friends are guys, but not the kind you think of on those soaps on tv, and not the kind who will jump at your command. They are just, well, guys. I know it's hard to belive, but sometime having a boyfriend isn't everything in the world. Boys are, different, then girls (in a good way). They are all unique in the same ways as us, and want the same basic things as us. But how are boys different? They are understanding! They really don't care about looks, (well, not a quarter as much as girls) and that's why I love guys! You don't have to go all skater punk/goth to get noticed if that's not your style! all you have to do is say hi! Start a conversation, as simple as that may sound, about your interests. Surely enough, boys with you interest will just walk up at random times after they hear you say that and try to start a conversation. Did you ever notice that just because two people are popular that the almost never click and the relationship lasts like a week? The friendship with the boy is important. it is the foundation of romance. I have never had a boyfriend either, so you may or may not be lucky. all i know is that the guys at my school trust me with everything. They even come to me for advice. I may be an overweight, unfashionable nerd with the girls, but I am an actual person with the boys. Sorry for lecuring on like moms about boys, and no one should be offended by anything I just said. If you are, please tell me! Just remember, you are perfect without a bf! |
