Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey peeps. Well yesterday my aunt had us over for a family dinner, so that was not great. Pizza, ice cream, fries, onion rings, diet soda...the only good thing was that I ate some salad a steamed veggies, plus I rode 20 min on my back afterward to work a little of it off. This morning I woke up feeling determined. I had 1 cup of Cheerios with 1 cup skim milk and a 6 oz glass of juice, then for lunch I had some left over pizza with a side of broccoli, then I did laps in the park on my bike for 40 min. I hope I'm 170 by the end of September, seriously. Ugh. Oh well, I'm off to freshen up!
