Ht. 5'6", Start: 227 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Hey, Ben here again. So, I've been thinking. I know my problem, I just can't solve it. I can't. I have no idea how to get started, and get used to the routine of dieting and exercising. My house doesn't really have that much food, but when we do, it's the worst stuff. My portions that my parents are huge, and I know it is, I eat it anyways. But back to getting started, anyone have any tips? I also do -not- like to exercise outside. I have a small fear of bees, and I don't like being watched while exercising. Any tips?
