Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 150 lb - heyyy. so yesterday i went overboard on the eating. but thats okay, the day before i had hardly ate at all so i think it evens out in the end. i tried on a bikini today. just the top. and it actually looked decent. my lower stomach still needs to lose a bit more and my arms but otherwise it wasnt totally disgusting like it would have been had i still been 225lbs. everyone keeps telling me ill be too skinny at 150, but seriously thats the perfect weight for my height and age. i guess ill just take it 5 pounds at a time and see how i look, and see if i can stand to lose more. my actual goal weight is 145 but i just want to see how ill look at 150 first. i think 145 would be amazing. anyways i hope everyone is doing well, and keep pushing guys! :)
