Ht. 5'7", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Hello, I am new at posting on here, however I am not new to the site. This year i have been going through a lot and put on some weight.. I'm starting to feel disgusted with myself. My clothes still fit, and i havent gone up in sizes but i can tell i've gained wait. I figured i would come here to use this as my daily journal to help me. I have been readin about the rice diet, and ordered the book from amazon. i was wondering if anyone on here has ever tried it? I know weight loss is a life change and i think its time to make that change, and the rice diet is gonna help me, along with exercise of course. lol
