Ht. 5'7", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 160 lb - ah, for some reason i feel so disgusted with myself right now. i been happy all day, and after i came home from my night class today i looked in the mirror and was absolutely disgusted! i feel like i have gained 50lbs in the last 2 weeks. (mind you its that time of the month, and im having some family issues) I know that weight loss is a slow process, but i'm looking in the mirror like where the hell did this fat come from? lol, Now that im writing this, its giving more motivation to lose this ugly excess fat. Is there anyone out there with and pointers on how to stick with it? or success stories? please share!
