Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Trev, Age 15 Ht. 5'11", Start: 220 lb, Today: 207 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Wanna know something wierd. Over the summer, the wieght I had lost(230+ down to 190) really started to show. When my BOCES summer job finished, and I needed a pre-school physical, I wieghed about 190 point blablabla. However, during our fitness test, we also had to get wieghed and measured for some BMI testing we need to do so my school, FCS N.Y, can merge it's phys-ed with that of a neighboring school. When I stepped up on the scales, I was 5'11 tall and-no lie-almost 220 pounds! Mentally,I was freaking out.The nurse even re-wieghed me! None of my class mates believed me, so now I rank as the 2nd heaviest in my class, right. Moreover, according to most everybody in my half of the class, I look like I'd belong in the middle(at somepoint during the year, a certain student named Matt will call every other who cannot run as fast as our class jock a fatt@$$.Now, las chicas in my class, though for 7/11 he was right, destroyed him next day in soccer. When I stood up for them, they were apprieciative to get Matt of off thier wieght problems, but also said that the skinney dudes should stay 'outta it. As much as enjoy flattery, I wondered how a 215+ teen is skinny, unless thier muscular, which, in my arms, at least, I am not. Does anyone have a theroy as to why I am perplexed at this, why I gained so much wieght in but 3 weeks, or why perplexed is a wierd word? Please, help me. |
