Message Replying To From yo, Age 17 Ht. 5'2", Start: 179 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 120 lb - a few weeks ago i was doing exersice, i did 50 weights, on each arms every day to build muscle,but then my chest started to hurt really bad and i couldn't even move my arms,does anybody know, how many weights i should weight, and how often. |
