Message Replying To From Kate, Age 15 Ht. 5'3", Start: 153 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - I've been sticking to my diet and I lost 4 more ppunds in the past week, and I went tothe doctor today and he said it wasnt water weight! I am happy. But to help yall I've found that having set meals and planning ahead is a waste of time and boring. I like making the food I eat interesting, but i make sure it is healthy! And I dont like working out, either so I like jumping on the trapoline and playing soccer and badmittin and doing a few situp in themorning and at night before I go to bed. It really works. Easier than it seems. And STAY AWAY from soft drinks and fast foods at all costs. And if you have no choice but to go to a ast food place choose Subway or something and they have the calories and stuff all right there on their menu to help you make your choice! |
