Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - okay here i am again lol did quite well yesterday, doing good so far today. i really want to get back into the 160s like i was in mid-August. i know i can do it, i just need to make sure i stick with it. ive set a 5 pound goal by christmas. totally achievable right? it just sucks because i hate to exercise. like when i know its exercise i don't want to do it. i love to walk and listen to my mp3 player, but only when i have a destination. such as walking to my boyfriends which is about a half hour walk. otherwise, i cant just get up and go for a stroll around the neighbourhood. i dunno, i'm strange i guess lol what kind of exercises did you guys do that you know helped you lose extra flab? any suggestions would be awesome! thanks and good job/good luck guys xo
