Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 211 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys!!=] So after binging on Tropical Starbursts for the majority of Halloween (including the weekend), I'm ready to get back on track. I hurt my back, so I won't be able to work out until Saturday. As for eating, today I had: -Autumn Wheat all natural shredded wheat. -One tablespoon of organic peanut butter with one teaspoon of honey on one slice of organic whole wheat bread. -One organic fat free blueberry greek yogurt. -Grapes. -Half of a turkey sandwich. -Half of a cup of coffee. -Two glasses of skim milk. -A medium sized piece of baked chicken with rice and vegetables. -One lowfat organic burrito. Any suggestions? I'm pretty good as far as calories go, so no worries there :)
