Message Replying To From Samantha, Age 17 Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys, I'm down 2 pounds since a week and a half ago :) Today I'm having frozen grapes for breakfast, salad with half of a grilled chicken wrap for lunch, and a Kashi bar for a snack. No telling what's for dinner, but I'll make sure to keep the portion small. The next time I weigh myself is Saturday, so hopefully I'll lose another pound or two =] |
