Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 291 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I've been exercising for about 5 days and I'm only seeing results in my abdomen area as always... I really want to lose my thighs and my arms... They are my problem areas... not my stomach... It's fairly flat for someone my size but I pretty much carry my weight in my limbs... that sucks... But I'm doing well... staying on the ball and all of that stuff... stay motivated people.
