Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 145 lb - so i basically havent been doing the best for about 4-5 days, i have my period (sorry, gross i know) so ive gained about 2 pounds of water weight, but today i got back on the wagon and ate great and worked out for about 20-25 minutes. im sweating like a fat hog right now but i feel like i really worked out hard, so thats good. i need to stay focused, christmas is coming and i want to be at my goal of 165 (or lower, preferably lower) by then. i know i can do it i just need to stay focused and resist temptation. anyways, hope everyones doing well. stay strong
