Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 145 lb - i havent been on here in a couple of weeks. i lost motivation for a while. i thought to myself, i may as well just work on maintenance for a while, seeing as how i can maintain like no other but i cant fricken stick to my diet and lose the weight. then my sister and her friend came home and they wanted to work out, so i joined in. now im motivated lol i dunno why, i guess it was because i got moving and worked up a sweat and felt good after, which killed my instinct to just lay around and eat all day. anyways, christmas is in like 2 weeks and i guess my goal of 165 is kind of out of the picture, but who knows. i at least want to get down to 166-167 by then, that would be nice. i have a wedding to go to in february and id loooove to be 155 by then. is that possible? id have to lose 13 pounds in about... 2 months. it seems a little steep at the moment, since i lose weight very slowly lately. whatever, ill just try exercising more and try and resist too much bad stuff around christmas and my birthday in january. anyways, it seems everyones doing well, keep up the good work guys. xo
