Ht. 5'8", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey i was wondering if i could have a little help..... i've weighed within the 160-170ish range for a very very long time. like years... i'm a very active person, i dance 4 days a week, 2-3 hours a night. and i do an excercise video at home when i have time. from doing some rough estimations, i think i eat around 1500 calories a day, and i try to eat pretty healthy... finals week is kinda gettin to me but i'll survive :) do you guys have any tips on why its been impossible for me to lose any weight? i cut back on calories and am dancing more than ever, but my weight hasn't changed at all... and i have no clue what i am doing wrong
